How to work with "wwwtaped.exe":

 1. Create a subdirectory of your choice
 2. Copy the file "wwwtaped.zip" to that subdirectory
 3. Extract the file "wwwtaped.exe" by unzipping the file "wwwtaped.zip"
 4. Open a DOS-Shell and go to the subdirectory where "wwwtaped.exe" is
 5. Start "wwwtaped.exe" (see quick reference below)
 6. Design/edit the visual field defect you are interested in
 7. Press ESC to quit "wwwtaped.exe"
 8. Open the output file that has been created by "wwwtaped.exe" with a
    text editor
 9. Copy its entire content (encoded visual field data)
10. Open your internet browser
11. Go to http://www.wfbabcom5.com/wf33.htm
12. Follow the link "Computer-based classification of visual field data"
13. Paste the previously copied data into the visual-field-data input field
14. Choose left eye (default) or right eye (uncheck box)
15. Type the e-mail address where the classification result should be
    sent to in the e-mail address input field
16. Press the "Submit Data" button
17. Receive the computer-based classification result of your submitted
    visual field data via e-mail



Quick reference for the program "wwwtaped.exe":

Program call:

wwwtaped [FINP] [FOUT]


Parameter:

FINP = name of file to be edited
FOUT = name of output file
       that contains the designed/edited visual field defect


Comment:

If you would like to design a visual field defect from scratch rather
than editing an existing visual field defect then call "wwwtaped.exe"
with just the [FOUT] parameter:

wwwtaped [FOUT]


Keyboard commands:

  + = go forward one TAP-position
  - = go backward one TAP-position
  0 = initial light density class
  1 = 1st higher light density class
  2 = 2nd higher light density class
  3 = 3rd higher light density class
  4 = 4th higher light density class
  5 = 5th higher light density class
  6 = highest light density class
ESC = write output file and exit program
